A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, February 22, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Richland Center, WI. Monsignor Roger Scheckel will officiate with burial in the church cemetery where military graveside rites will be conducted by the Local Veterans Military Memorial Honors Unit. Visitation will be held on Wednesday at St. Mary’s Catholic Church from 9:30 A.M. until the time of Mass.

Allan J. Pulvermacher age 96 of Richland Center passed away on Thursday, February 16, 2017 at the Pine Valley Community Village. He was born on September 12, 1920 in Sauk City, WI the son of Edward and Anna (Schneider) Pulvermacher. Alan served in the United States Army during WWII and was stationed most of that time in Germany. He was married on May 10, 1947 to the former Lucille Schmitz. Alan was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church, the Knights of Columbus and the Richland Center VFW Post. He enjoyed playing cards, puzzles, games, fishing, rides around the country side and spent many years camping with his family. He is survived by 4 daughters, Jean Bindl and Harvey of Monona, WI, Maureen (Mel) Bindl of Portage, WI, Paula (Dennis) Dischler of Mt. Horeb, WI, Diane (Timm) Bristol of Monona, WI, 9 grandchildren, Jacqueline Bindl, Aaron (Marcie) Bindl, Jennifer Dischler, Andrea (Daniel) Werner, Gregory (Dana) Bindl, Nicole (Aaron) Dolan, Jessica (James) Sawyer, Angela Bristol (Kyle Redlin), Laura Dischler, 10 great grandchildren, a brother, James (Patty) Pulvermacher of Richland Center, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Edward and Anna Pulvermacher, his wife, Lucille Pulvermacher and 6 siblings. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, February 22, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Richland Center, WI. Monsignor Roger Scheckel will officiate with burial in the church cemetery where military graveside rites will be conducted by the Local Veterans Military Memorial Honors Unit. Visitation will be held on Wednesday at St. Mary’s Catholic Church from 9:30 A.M. until the time of Mass. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Our House or to Pine Valley Community Village.
